Tennis Ireland adopted the international World Tennis Number (WTN) ranking standard in December 2025.  If you have already played in any TI league you will already have a WTN  for the categories that you have competed in. See the article on Tennis Ireland for more information on how it is calculated.  Next time you log into the Tournament Software, visit your profile page and you can activate your WTN account from there, it is a quick process, just takes a couple of minutes.

If you have not competed in an Open tournament before, you will need to register on Tennis Ireland and follow the process to obtain your WTN - see a starting point below from the Tennis Ireland website.  If you need help with any part of this process, please speak to any member of the committee or other club members that you know have taken part in any Open tournaments.
