If you are travelling from Cork, take EXIT 29 off the M7 Motorway and veer left as you exit the motorway.  Travel on about 500m to the next roundabout (with Conlon's BMW Car Dealership on it) and TURN LEFT at this roundabout.  Travel on for 200m and at the T-Junction TURN LEFT.  Travel on for 500m and TURN LEFT at O'Shea's bar.  Travel on for 700m and TURN RIGHT up onto Old School House Road.  Travel on for 600m and you'll find Monaleen GAA Club and Tennis Club on the right-hand-side, where you can drive into a large car park outside the club-house and tennis courts.  (If you do travel onto a set of traffic lights at the credit union and a T-Junction, then you have gone too far, turn around and the Tennis club in on the left 100m from the traffic lights.)

If you are traveling from Dublin, take exit 28 off the M7 Motorway and take the 3rd exit off the roundabout, follow the signs for Castletroy, University of Limerick and Limerick City.  Keep straight for approx 1.5km, travelling  straight through 2 roundabouts and once you see the 'Hurlers Bar' on the right-hand-side, prepare to take the next TURN LEFT 100m after the pub, up a hill onto Monaleen Road.  Travel on for another 1km, passing Monaleen Church and travel down the hill to the next set of traffic lights.  At these traffic lights ,TURN RIGHT and you'll find Monaleen GAA and Tennis Club on the left-hand-side, 100m after the traffic lights, where you can drive into a large car-park outside the clubhouse and tennis courts.
